Recordings

Audio (one or more channels) and video recordings are made exclusively at the request of the client. Thus, no command is available on the platform allowing a user (participant, coordinator or interpreter) to start an audio and/or video recording.

Recordings made at the client’s request are delivered in the shortest possible time and are then deleted from our servers.
Once delivered, we do not keep any copy of the recording, so if a customer loses or accidentally deletes a recording already delivered we will not be in a position to give a second copy, as the original has been completely deleted from our servers once delivered.
